Our team of pharmacists and nurses is here to guide you through taking your medications correctly. They’ll assist in managing any potential side effects and help you avoid possible drug interactions, ensuring all your questions are fully addressed. If you're on a specialty medication, MedsWarehouse Pharmacy can arrange for a home healthcare nurse to administer it in the comfort of your home. For self-injected medications, a specialty nurse will ensure you and/or your caregiver clearly understand your doctor’s instructions.

Once we receive your prescription from your doctor or pharmacy, new prescriptions and transfers typically arrive within 3–5 business days with standard shipping. Refills also usually take 3–5 business days with standard shipping or 2–3 business days with expedited shipping. If we need to reach out to you or your prescriber about your order, delivery times may be extended. For specialty medications, we will call you to confirm the order before scheduling shipment. If you have an email on file, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with an order number, which you can use to track your package from our pharmacy to your home, doctor’s office, or your preferred location.

Currently, you can’t update your medications online. Please call us if any of your medications have changed. Having your most up-to-date medication list allows our pharmacists to screen for possible drug interactions or duplicate therapies. You can pay with a debit, credit, health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) card. You can also pay by personal check, check by phone or money order.
